BBHT Policies

A 50% booking fee is required for any appointments to be scheduled. Appointments cannot be cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice. Booking fees will be lost if this happens. No-shows will be required to pay the full balance of the appointment before being booked in again. Please do not arrive early or late to your appointment. I allow a maximum of 10 minutes within my schedule. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and the full amount must be paid before you can book again. Please attend your appointment alone unless agreed with me in advance. No children unless they are of an age to sit unsupervised. Please turn electronic devices onto silent during your appointment. I do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If you are unhappy with the service provided, please contact me within 48 hours and I will do my best to resolve any issues
